Description
The County of Fresno, through its Department of Social Services, is requesting quotations from qualified vendors for recurring janitorial services at regional offices in Coalinga, Selma, and Reedley. The contractor must provide labor, cleaning equipment, paper products, soap, disinfectants, air fresheners, and other required supplies, along with routine cleaning of carpets, hard floors, restrooms, offices, lobbies, elevators, windows, furniture, stairwells, and common areas. The scope includes weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning, carpet extraction, and stripping and waxing of linoleum flooring. Additional services include biohazardous-waste cleanup, terminal cleaning, pressure washing, light-bulb replacement, upholstered-furniture shampooing, and additional carpet shampooing. The addendum states an anticipated total spend of approximately $890,000 over the five-year term and identifies CCS Facility Services, Inc. as the incumbent contractor. No formal walkthrough will be provided, although bidders may independently visit public lobby areas during normal access hours. Bidders must sign and return the addendum with their quotation.
