REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Federal Advocacy and Public Affairs Services DESCRIPTION: The City of Prescott, Arizona, solicits interest from qualified persons or firms to provide Federal Advocacy and Public Affairs Services. Only persons or firms capable of providing the requested professional service will receive consideration. PROPOSAL OPENING: Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 2:00 pm (Arizona time) through the City's OpenGov Procurement Portal. In accordance with local and State law, sealed Statement of Qualifications will be received by the City of Prescott until the time and date specified above, for the services specified herein. Statement of Qualifications must be submitted using the City's OpenGov Procurement portal at the website shown below. The City of Prescott reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, and waive any minor informality or irregularity deemed in the best interest of the City and to reject the submittals of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful in any contract with the City. Description
The City of Prescott is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified persons or firms to provide federal advocacy and public affairs services. Only firms capable of providing the requested professional services will be considered. Statements of qualifications must be submitted through the City's OpenGov Procurement portal by the stated deadline. The City reserves the right to accept or reject submittals and waive minor informalities or irregularities.
