Description
The United States Army National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price construction contract to demolish existing aluminum storefront doors, frames, glass, and hollow metal doors and frames, and install aluminum storefront entrances, doors, hardware, glazing, waterproofing, patching, painting, access-control infrastructure, electrical power, vestibule flooring and base repairs, cleanup, testing, inspections, and disposal at Buildings 2271, 2272, and 2273. The work includes storefront openings, electrified doors, conduit, boxes, and pull cords; security-system devices and cabling are excluded unless specified. The contract includes base and option CLINs for the three buildings and a 120-day period of performance after notice to proceed. The solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS 238350, with an estimated project magnitude of $250,000 to $500,000. Quotes must include separate Volume 1 price/pro forma materials and Volume 2 technical materials. Amendment 4 requires sample technical submittal shop drawings, limited to 10 pages, showing compliance with the statement of work, specifications, and applicable requirements, plus at least one similar past-performance submission completed within the last 24 months.
