Description
SUNY Brockport is soliciting sealed bid proposals for Project 021122 to remodel a first-floor storage room into the campus store. The work includes selective demolition, general construction, mechanical systems, electrical systems, fire protection, and furniture installation. An optional site visit and project walkthrough is scheduled for September 3, 2026, at the SERC Lobby on the SUNY Brockport campus. Minority- and women-owned business enterprise goals are 17% MBE and 13% WBE.
