Description
Suwannee Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. is seeking proposals to establish one or more master service agreements for routine fiber splicing maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and add-on work from customer network interface devices to fiber huts within its service territory. Services may include tap swaps and add-ons, service extensions, damaged drop and mainline fiber splicing, testing and restoration, ONT replacements, low-light and no-light troubleshooting, and related authorized work. Contractors must provide qualified personnel, vehicles, tools, test equipment, safety equipment, transportation, supervision, documentation, and other resources required for performance. Work will be issued as needed through work orders or other written authorizations under a unit-price structure. Proposals must address qualifications, similar projects and three references, pricing, licenses, insurance, and the required exhibits and certifications. The proposal must be submitted as a single PDF, although the cost proposal may be submitted separately.
