Description
The Space Rapid Capabilities Office intends to award a sole-source contract to Systems & Technology Research, LLC for post-delivery support of developed space and ground hardware and software. The work includes systems engineering for interface verification and validation, hardware integration and testing, and on-orbit troubleshooting as payloads are integrated, tested, launched, and operated. The effort also includes transitioning a prototype ground system to full operational capability, with software development and integration for a new graphical user interface, mission-unique software, improved telemetry processing and data handling, cloud infrastructure, and 24/7 operations. Integration with the R2C2 Acme Ground Segment, maintenance of external connections, and cybersecurity and systems engineering practices are required. Full operational capability is expected within six months of ATP. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, other responsible sources may email a capability statement, proposal, or quotation demonstrating the specified technical capabilities for consideration in determining whether to compete the action.
