Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service is seeking to lease office space in Houston, Texas. The delineated area for the lease includes specific boundaries defined by Farm Road 2920, Hardy Toll Road, Hwy 249, and Halls Bayou. The required space is between 2,004 and 2,379 ABOA square feet. A fully serviced lease is required, and the offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Additionally, the space must not be located in a 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act regarding telecommunications prohibitions. The government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous, taking into account relocation costs and potential agency downtime.
