Description
This opportunity is for the replacement of Chillers 3 & 4 at the Central Chilled Water Plant located on the Indiana University Bloomington campus. Bids will be received electronically via www.iuplanroom.com until 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time on June 26, 2026. A unified bid is requested for all work, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction. Bidding documents will be available starting June 1, 2026, and can be obtained from Eastern Engineering Distribution Department. Each bid must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, a bid security for 5% of the total bid, and the contractor's written drug testing program. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM EST on June 9, 2026, at the Davis Conference Room in the Service Building, 2901 East Discovery Parkway, on the IU Bloomington campus.
