Description
The State of California, through the Department of General Services, is seeking to lease approximately 2,600 net usable square feet (NUsF) of office space and 7,300 NUsF of warehouse space within the City of Fresno. The lease also requires twenty (20) parking spaces. Buildings must be asbestos-free upon occupancy, comply with seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, and applicable building codes (California Building Code & Title 24). Proximity to public transportation is also a requirement. The State will give preference to buildings demonstrating LEED or Energy Star compliance where cost-effective. The boundaries for the property are E. Shields Avenue to the north, E. Clinton Avenue to the south, N. Clovis Avenue to the east, and N. Winery Avenue and Fresno Yosemite International Airport to the west.
