Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 1,858 square feet of office space in Gulf Breeze, Florida. The space must be fully serviced and meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. It should not be located in a floodplain. The lease term is a full 120 months with a firm term of 60 months. The space requires 4 surface parking spaces, all of which must be reserved. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) regarding telecommunications prohibitions. The government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous, taking into account relocation costs, tenant improvement replication, telecommunication infrastructure, and agency downtime. Expressions of Interest are due by June 22, 2026, with an estimated market survey on June 25, 2026, and an estimated occupancy date of January 1, 2027.
