Description
This is a sole source solicitation for specialized display monitors, part number K9346943 TL-354 CB AC M00 R9 NSWC. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane requires an initial quantity of two units with first article testing, and has an option for an additional 19 units to be purchased within one year of the initial award. These are commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) items manufactured by ScioTeq, LLC. The monitors are intended as replacements for obsolete TL-351 Monitors used in the OJ-727A(V)2 or OJ-727A(V)9 operator consoles for the SPS-73/A(V)12 system. ScioTeq is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and has designed the replacement monitor to be a form, fit, and function replacement, eliminating the need for configuration changes to the operator console. The solicitation is being issued as a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotes.
