The Mitchell Community School Corporation is soliciting proposals from qualified Food Service Management Companies (FSMCs) to provide comprehensive food service management for their Child Nutrition Program, commencing with the 2026-27 school year. The selected FSMC will be responsible for administering the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program, including menu planning, food procurement, meal preparation and service, staffing, financial management, and compliance with all relevant regulations. The procurement process will adhere to federal, state, and local requirements. Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. local time on June 29, 2026, at the School Corporation's offices.
