Description
The National Park Service (NPS) is soliciting bids for the lease of the George Hall House, a historic residential property located at 831 Lexington Road, Concord, MA 01742, within Minute Man National Historical Park. The property is approximately 3,060 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, situated on 0.52 acres. It has been recently renovated and features updated mechanical systems. The lease is intended for low-impact, non-transient, residential occupancy. The lessee will be responsible for all utilities and routine maintenance, while the lessor will perform basic maintenance as described in the lease. The lease term is a maximum of two years, with lessee termination rights beginning 90 days before the end of the first year. The annual fair market value rent has been determined to be $54,000, payable in monthly installments of $4,500. Bids will be accepted electronically via email, with the highest responsive bid selected, subject to financial capability and reference checks. The NPS reserves the right to accept bids on a rolling basis until a winner is selected or the solicitation is terminated.
