Description
The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for office space in Woodbury, New Jersey. The space must be a minimum of 3,506 USF and a maximum of 3,612 USF, with a lease term of 10 years, including 5 firm years. The space must be on the first floor or have a freight elevator, and include accommodations for waste management, a specific type of entrance access, and parking. Proposals will be awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer without negotiations. The lease includes an agency tenant improvement allowance of $65.44 per ABOA SF. Offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all available terms to be considered for future requirements.
