Description

Capital City Development Corporation (CCDC) is seeking proposals from qualified real estate brokers to assist with the disposition of five ground-floor commercial condominium units at the 1010 W Jefferson Street Commercial Space and Public Parking Facility in Boise, Idaho. These units range in size from approximately 1,200 to 2,500 square feet and are being offered in a cold, dark shell condition. The project also includes a public parking garage and a YMCA early education center. CCDC's primary objectives are to activate the neighborhood, encourage private investment, and recover development costs by disposing of the condominiums at fair market value. The selected broker will be responsible for market and pricing analysis, developing a marketing strategy, identifying and screening potential buyers, negotiating offers, and managing the transaction through closing. Minimum qualifications include holding an active real estate broker license in Idaho, demonstrating experience with commercial condominium transactions in the Boise market, and familiarity with public sector real estate transactions.
