Description
The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration is seeking to lease approximately 8,221 net usable square feet of office space, along with 34 non-exclusive parking spaces, in the City of Bakersfield, California. The building must be asbestos hazard-free, comply with seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, and applicable codes, including the California Building Code & Title 24. Proximity to public transportation and compliance with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements are also necessary. Preference will be given to buildings demonstrating LEED or Energy Star compliance, where cost-effective.
