Description
The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services, is accepting lease proposals for approximately 11,500 net usable square feet of office space, including on-site parking for 130 vehicles, located in New Britain. This space will be occupied by the Department of Motor Vehicles for a term of five years. The premises must be accessible to individuals with disabilities and public transportation. Preference will be given to proposals that include renewal options and/or termination clauses.
