Description
This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is for the construction of a Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Maintenance and Storage Facility located at 232 Eggleston Street, Edinburgh, Indiana. The project is valued by the State Contracting over $150,000. Bids must be submitted via email to contractingpublicbid@ago.in.gov by 9:00 AM EST on Wednesday, July 8th, 2026. All bids will be read aloud via conference call at 10:00 AM EDT on the same day. Bidders must be Certified Contractors with a Valid Certificate of Qualification 1542.01 from the Certificate Board at the time of bid opening, and must be qualified in the prime contract classification. A Bid Bond of at least five (5%) percent of the maximum bid is required. Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be required to conform to I.C. 4-13-18 (Contractor's Employee Drug Testing). Additionally, goals for this construction project are established as MBE 7%, WBE 5%, and IVBE 3%. Contract documents can be purchased from Repro Graphix Inc. in Indianapolis. Interested parties must register through their ePlanroom. Requests for Information (RFIs) or product substitutions must be submitted in writing by June 24th, 2026, to Jim Milan at JMilan@CSOinc.net. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST at Camp Atterbury, Bldg 232 (DPW) Large Conference Room.
