Description
The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, through the Department of General Services, is seeking to lease approximately 3,923 net usable square feet of office space, along with four parking spaces, in the City of San Luis Obispo. The leased property must be asbestos-free, comply with seismic safety, ADA, and California Building Code Title 24 standards, and be located near public transportation. Preference will be given to buildings demonstrating LEED or Energy Star compliance where cost-effective. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements must also be met. The boundaries for the desired location are defined as north of Cuesta Grade, south of Madonna Road, east of Johnson Avenue, and west of Los Osos Valley Road. This solicitation is for property owners or their authorized agents to respond.
