Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space in El Paso, Texas. The desired space is between 5,077 and 5,585 ABOA square feet and must be located within the delineated area defined by Highway 10 to the north, Piedras Street to the east, Highway 62 to the south, and South Santa Fe Street to the west. The space must be in a "Class A" building and cannot be on the same floor as law enforcement or other elements of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The lease will have a firm term of 5 years and a full term of 10 years. The space will require 1 parking space in total, with 1 structured parking space and 1 reserved parking space. No surface parking spaces are required. Estimated occupancy is August 24, 2027.
