Description
The Town of Plainfield is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Housing Study. This study will support the Town's long-range plans, including the Capital Asset Plan and the Thrive! Comprehensive Plan. The objective is to provide a data-driven assessment of current and future housing conditions, market trends, community needs, and strategic opportunities to guide housing policy, investment, and development decisions over the next decade. The study will also assess present and future unmet housing demand, providing decision-makers, stakeholders, and community members with insights into the housing market and key issues to inform strategy and policy decisions. The Town intends to enter into a professional services agreement for these services.
