Description
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is soliciting for comprehensive on-site maintenance, repair, and technical support for mission-critical Electronic Security Systems (ESS), specifically Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and Access Control Systems (ACS), at Crane Army Ammunition Activity (CAAA). The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operational status of these systems through services such as preventative maintenance, software and firmware updates, 24/7 emergency technical support, and component repair or replacement. The requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, with award to be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. A site visit on July 7, 2026, is mandatory for all interested parties. The period of performance includes a base year and four option years, with specific dates to be determined at award. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide certified cost or pricing data with their quotes.
