Description
The MetroHealth System is seeking a servicing agent to manage and improve its self-insured workers' compensation program and liabilities. Required services include claims intake, investigation, administration, medical case management, return-to-work coordination, medical payment processing, claims reserving, settlement evaluation, compliance with state reporting requirements, loss and management information reporting, analytics, and coordination with MetroHealth Human Resources. The scope also includes hearing and legal representation support, litigation administration, claim reviews, excess insurance reporting, Medicare Section 111 reporting, information-system and ad hoc reporting capabilities, staffing, service-level commitments, performance metrics, pricing, subcontracting and offshoring disclosures, protection of PHI and PII, conflicts disclosures, three similar client references from the last five years, a current certificate of insurance, and confirmation that a W-9 is on file. The expected initial term is three years, with options for additional one-year extensions. Respondents must address the attached bid instructions, Master Purchase Agreement, Intent to Bid Form, Bid Specifications, and Bid Summary.
