Description
Hennepin County and Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc. are soliciting proposals for medical third-party administrator services, pharmacy benefit management, and fully insured medical and pharmacy plan options for employees, eligible dependents, and retirees. Proposers may respond to one or more scenarios covering either organization individually or both organizations together, including self-funded administrative services with pharmacy benefits carved in or out, direct PBM services, and fully insured medical and pharmacy benefits for the County. The requested scope includes eligibility and enrollment administration, claims adjudication, provider network services, customer service, care and utilization management, wellness support, stop-loss coordination, reporting, pharmacy network and mail-order services, specialty pharmacy management, formulary administration, rebate and financial transparency, clinical programs, compliance support, audit rights, performance guarantees, and implementation and data integration. Responses must identify the proposed scenario and include a cover letter, proposal summary, company overview, three references, completed workbooks, vendor guarantees, provider disruption and claims repricing reports, a GeoAccess report in Excel format, and sample reporting and member communication materials.
