Westchester Medical Center Health Network is requesting proposals from qualified carriers and vendors to provide fully insured dental and vision benefits throughout its network. The selected vendor will support plan setup, eligibility and enrollment data integration, employee communications, implementation, training, compliance documentation, claims processing, provider-network management, member support, reporting, and ongoing account management. Proposals must be submitted directly by carriers or vendors; broker- or consultant-submitted proposals will not be accepted. The requested coverage should replicate the current plan designs on a no-loss/no-gain basis, with rates guaranteed for three years and meaningful performance guarantees. The contract is expected to provide coverage for an initial three-year period from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. The proposal must include a title page, table of contents, transmittal letter, executive summary, firm background and experience, healthcare references, staffing proposal, fee proposal, additional information, conflicts-of-interest disclosures, and the required questionnaires and compliance forms.
