Description
Lake Metropolitan Housing Authority is requesting a tenant selection plan for its HUD-subsidized multifamily properties, including Jackson Towers and Washington Square (elderly/disabled) and Woodlawn Homes (family), under the Section 8 Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. The plan must cover project eligibility, income limits, income targeting, outreach and marketing, application procedures, screening criteria, preferences, rejection procedures, waiting list management, occupancy standards, notification of selection, transfers, student eligibility, recertification, and compliance with fair housing and Section 504 requirements.
