Description
Alief Independent School District is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified carriers or third-party administrators to provide integrated Administrative Services Only (ASO) support for the District’s self-funded employee health plan. The requested services include claims payment, member services, provider networks, utilization and care management, vendor carve-out coordination, banking, and compliance and regulatory oversight. Offerors should be able to provide comprehensive integrated plan options, including EPOs, tiered ACOs, and PCP-controlled HMOs. The District is seeking direct carrier or service-vendor proposals and is not requesting commissionable agent or broker services; Alliant Insurance Services is the District’s authorized Agent of Record and benefits consultant. Interested offerors must request access to secure data and required proposal documents through the designated secure data request form.
