Description
The Lake County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified organizations to administer and manage a non-medical in-home care services program for adults aged 60 and older. Services will assist with activities of daily living, promote aging in place, and support independent living for individuals who might otherwise require a higher level of care. The initial contract period is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with options for two additional one-year renewals, contingent on funding availability and offeror performance. Proposals must be submitted by mail or hand delivery in a sealed, properly marked envelope; emailed and faxed responses will not be accepted.
