Description
The U.S. Embassy in Belmopan, Belize, is planning to solicit a firm-fixed-price contract for health and life insurance coverage for approximately 129 locally employed staff. The estimated enrollment includes 24 employees requiring single-only coverage, 22 requiring self-plus-one coverage, and 83 requiring family plans. The anticipated contract structure is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, and the Government may award based on initial offers without discussions. The solicitation is not yet available; the eventual solicitation is expected to provide the pre-proposal conference information and response deadline. Electronic responses will be accepted, with individual email messages limited to 30 MB.
