Description
Deschutes County is seeking a medical sponsor for the La Pine School-Based Health Center. The selected provider will deliver youth-centered medical care and behavioral health services, with dental services potentially included, in a school or school-ground setting. Services must be available to all students regardless of ability to pay and must accommodate cultural, language, and other special needs, including limited English proficiency. The proposal must be submitted as a PDF email attachment no larger than 30 MB. The stated price range is $47,000 annually.
