Description
Crook County School District is soliciting proposals for dedicated, symmetrical high-speed Internet access to support educational, administrative, and operational needs at Powell Butte Community School. Proposals should address bandwidth options, network design, service reliability, DDoS mitigation, routing, dedicated/static IP addressing, IPv4 and IPv6, peering, monitoring, support, and service-level commitments including 99.99% availability, packet loss, latency, jitter, outage response, and restoration targets. The scope may include special construction and installation of new fiber infrastructure. Proposers must provide logical network diagrams, detailed geographic fiber pathway maps, construction and implementation timelines, demarcation details, permitting and utility coordination, as-built documentation, and pricing for 12-month and 36-month service terms with five optional one-year voluntary extensions. Required proposal materials include the technical service description, SLA, timeline, demarcation information, network diagram and fiber pathway map, sample contract, three recent customer references, and specified pricing, certification, responsibility, and special-construction forms where applicable.
