Crook County Unit School District is soliciting proposals for two separate Category 1 connectivity solutions: Dedicated Internet Access and Special Construction services to connect an identified school site to the District’s wide area network. A separate RFP covers leased fiber services for standalone data transmission. Respondents may bid on either or both RFPs, and the District may award one or both services independently. The requested capacity is between 1 Gbps and 2 Gbps. Services must provide reliable, scalable, secure connectivity supporting educational and administrative operations, including installation and initial configuration. Proposers must comply with applicable state procurement requirements and Schools and Libraries Division requirements and must provide a valid Service Provider Identification Number. Proposals should be concise and limited to material relevant to the requested services; excessive marketing material may result in disqualification.
