Description
The City of Bend is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor services for the North Mirror Pond Parking and Event Space Project. The project will use a CM/GC alternative contracting method and is exempt from competitive bidding under Oregon law. Proposers must be prequalified with the City of Bend for right-of-way work when proposals are submitted; new prequalification applications must be received at least 10 business days before the proposal deadline. The project is subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements. Proposals must be submitted through the City's Euna Procurement portal; email and fax submissions will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held, with details provided through the portal.
