Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Bend is requesting proposals from a qualified contractor to represent the City in specialized government relations efforts. The initial focus is state legislative advocacy in Oregon, including building and maintaining constructive working relationships to address issues affecting cities and the City of Bend as a fast-growing community. Proposers must explain how they would coordinate with a separately contracted federal lobbyist or describe federal advocacy services that could be added later. The contract will have an initial two-year term with three optional one-year extensions. Exhibit A contains the detailed scope of work, and Exhibit B, Statement of Assurances & Certifications, is identified as a required submission item.
