Description
Crook County School District is procuring dedicated, symmetrical, high-speed data transport services, including special construction, to connect Powell Butte Community School to the District’s existing wide area network. The selected provider must furnish reliable connectivity with guaranteed bandwidth, service-level commitments, installation, configuration, ongoing monitoring, support, and the ability to accommodate future bandwidth and site additions. The requested capacity is 1 to 2 Gbps. Proposers may offer traditional or alternative network designs and must provide network diagrams, detailed geographic fiber pathway maps, routing information, demarcation details, construction methods, ownership or subcontractor information, and implementation timelines. The District prefers buried fiber in armored conduit and requires compliance with applicable codes, permitting, restoration, labeling, as-built documentation, and E-Rate requirements. Pricing is requested for 36-, 60-, and 120-month service terms, with five optional one-year voluntary extensions.
