Description
The City of Bend, through BURA, is requesting proposals from a qualified consultant to prepare an Industrial Land Economic Impact Analysis. The study area is the geographic boundary of the Juniper Ridge Urban Renewal Area, limited to parcels that are undeveloped and designated for industrial or employment uses under the City of Bend Comprehensive Plan and Bend Development Code. The submission must include a proposal in PDF format and the Exhibit B - Statement of Assurances and Certifications in PDF format. A sample contract is also provided as supporting documentation.
