Description
The City of Bend is soliciting proposals for Phase 3 improvements to address sewer system deficiencies in southwest Bend. The project generally includes extending gravity sewer mainlines, decommissioning existing pump stations along the alignment, and installing service laterals for properties currently served by onsite septic systems. The scope may also include related transportation improvements. The stated budget is $3,600,000 for design and construction, with an additional proposed $250,000 from the Stormwater Fund, for a total of $3,875,000. Additional limited Transportation Fund support may be available for minor miscellaneous improvements. The solicitation identifies Exhibit A as the Statement of Work and includes required assurances, certifications, and a Good Faith Efforts Certification.
