CITY OF BENDREED MARKET & 15TH STREET IMPROVEMENTS Bids Due 2:00 pm, October 8, 2026 INVITATION TO BID SOLICITATION NO. 27-3205The City of Bend invites Sealed Bids for construction of a double lane roundabout at the intersection of SE 15th Street and Reed Market Road, the repaving of SE 15th Street from approximately 400' south of the intersection to SE Hollis Lane and the construction of a shared use path from the intersection of SE 15th Street and Reed Market Road to SE Iron Horse Lane. The Work includes roadway surfacing, concrete curbs, sidewalk, driveways, pavement markings, landscaping improvements, and additional items as detailed in the construction plans to complete the project. The solicitation documents and notices for this project may be viewed on the City's Portal, Euna Procurement, at: https://bendoregon.bonfirehub.com. The Issuing Officer, listed below, is authorized to receive Offers on behalf of the City via the Portal. The deadline for submitting bids is: October 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened and read immediately after the deadline. Prequalification for work within the right-of-way is a requirement. Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bids are opened. New applications for the City of Bend prequalification must be received at least 10 business days before the bid deadline. See Portal for additional information. Description
The City of Bend is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a double-lane roundabout at the intersection of SE 15th Street and Reed Market Road. The project also includes repaving SE 15th Street from approximately 400 feet south of the intersection to SE Hollis Lane and constructing a shared-use path from the intersection to SE Iron Horse Lane. The work includes roadway surfacing, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, pavement markings, landscaping, drainage and sewer improvements, traffic control, illumination, irrigation restoration, and related construction activities. The engineer’s estimate is $3,000,000 to $4,500,000. Bidders must submit the required bid forms, a five-percent bid security, and comply with applicable licensing, prevailing-wage, bonding, insurance, and subcontractor-disclosure requirements.
