This document provides a statistical overview of the Chabot Student Health & Wellness Center for the 2017-2018 school year. It includes total visits (7,895), walk-in visits (1,601), crisis/urgent care visits (47), appointment visits seen by nurse practitioners (2,689) and medical assistants (1,045), mental health counseling visits (593), and attendees at health events/outreach (1,967). The report is informational and not a solicitation for services.
