Description
The City of Bend is seeking construction services to upgrade Outback Well No. 3 to increase pumping capacity. The work also includes pulling Outback Wells Nos. 3 and 5 to perform deviation surveys that assess plumbness and inform potential future upgrades. After the surveys, Well No. 5 must be reconstructed to its existing condition, while Well No. 3 must be reconstructed in accordance with the project drawings. The solicitation identifies required bid materials including the bid table, bid submittal responsive form, bid bond, addenda certification, additional certifications, and offsite prevailing wage acknowledgment; the first-tier subcontractor form is listed as optional.
