Description
The City of Redmond is requesting informal proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call roof and gutter repair and maintenance for all City Public Works and Airport facilities. The solicitation is an all-or-nothing opportunity; proposers must be able to perform the complete scope of services. The City may execute multiple agreements to ensure adequate service coverage. The contract will have a one-year initial term with three additional one-year extension options. The total amount of work over the life of the contract may not exceed $250,000.
