Wayne County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a provider for HPC services under an I/O Waiver for a 70-year-old man with profound intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical and physical needs. Required services include continuous 24/7 support and supervision, total assistance with activities of daily living, PEG-tube care, monitoring for health and safety concerns, and assistance with mobility and positioning. The provider must have experience supporting individuals with significant medical and developmental disabilities and must be able to provide modified-vehicle transportation for medical appointments and community activities.
