Description
The Coventry Housing Authority is soliciting qualifications from licensed and insured architects to provide professional and technical services for the design of new construction at Orchard Hill Estates, located at 1630 Main Street, Coventry, CT 06238. The selected firm will be responsible for both architectural and engineering services. The project scope may include paving, sidewalks, drainage, a new well, connection to public sewer, site lighting, and the construction of new housing units. This is a qualifications-based selection process. Proposals must include a description of expertise and relevant experience, a list of similar completed projects, references, resumes of key staff, the name of the project overseer, a description of the scope of services, and a project timeline. Proposers must also provide contact information for individuals with authority to negotiate and bind the proposer contractually. Three copies of the qualifications are due at the Coventry Housing Authority no later than 3:00 PM on June 18, 2026.
