Description
The City of Waterbury is accepting sealed bids for lead hazard reduction and healthy homes intervention at the property located at 124 Southview Street. The work includes remediation of lead-based paint hazards and other healthy home improvements. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the property on June 29, 2026 at 10:45 AM. Bids are due by 11:00 AM on July 14, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
