Description
Meriden Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the supply and distribution of food service paper goods and disposable products. The contract is anticipated to be approximately $210,000 for the 2026-2027 school year. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering products to 14 locations, including schools and a central warehouse, on a bi-weekly basis. The contract includes provisions for economic price adjustments, emergency orders, and substitutions. The initial term runs from September 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, with the option to renew annually up to five years total. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the OpenGov portal.
