Description
The City of Pleasant Hill, Missouri, is soliciting proposals for naming rights and sponsorship partnerships involving selected facilities at the Cass County Fairgrounds: the Rodeo Arena, Entertainment Pavilion, Livestock Barn, and Motorsports Facilities. Respondents may propose sponsorship of one or multiple facilities, including facility naming, signage, event recognition, promotional activation, hospitality, exclusivity, category protection, or other negotiated sponsor benefits. Proposals may include financial sponsorship, capital contributions, in-kind improvements, equipment, construction support, or combinations thereof. Respondents must identify the facilities and proposed public-facing names, sponsorship or contribution amounts, term and renewal options, signage and branding concepts, community benefits, organizational qualifications, references if available, exceptions, and additional value. The City may negotiate with one or more respondents and may make multiple awards; any resulting arrangement requires City approval and execution of a written agreement.
