Description
Jackson County, Missouri is soliciting a term-and-supply contract for heavy construction equipment parts, maintenance, repair, and related services for various County departments. The scope includes new, OEM, remanufactured, rebuilt, and aftermarket parts; shop and field repairs; parts delivery; equipment pickup services; travel charges; repair estimates; and maintenance for a broad Public Works fleet including trucks, loaders, spreaders, snowplows, excavators, rollers, graders, tractors, and trailers. The contract is for 24 months with one 12-month extension option. The County estimates annual spending of approximately $275,000, although usage is not guaranteed. Work must be performed in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, and bidders must provide qualified technicians, a fully operational repair facility, rapid parts resupply, secure equipment storage, warranties, and emergency four-hour service when designated by the County. Bidders must submit pricing for labor, parts discounts, delivery, travel, repair estimates, and pickup services, along with the required forms and qualifications documentation.
