Description
Lee's Summit R-VII School District is soliciting bids for a yearly contract for latex-free, powder-free, ambidextrous nitrile examination gloves in small, medium, large, X-large, and XX-large sizes. Gloves must have a minimum palm thickness of 2.2 mils and finger thickness of 3.5 mils. Estimated 2025 quantities were 220 small boxes, 1,650 medium boxes, 1,150 large boxes, 910 X-large boxes, and 210 XX-large boxes; quantities and ordering frequency are not guaranteed, with historical orders placed approximately three to four times per year. The District does not require a specific manufacturer, brand, or model, provided products meet or exceed the stated specifications. Bidders must provide one sample of each size, clearly labeled with sender information, by 1:00 p.m. Central on October 30, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the procurement portal by 2:00 p.m. Central on October 30, 2026; email and fax submissions are not accepted. Required submission materials include a Certificate of Insurance, W-9, E-Verify documentation, Missouri Tax Exemption Certificate, three references with detailed contact and project information, completed product and pricing responses, and supplier information. The contract will run for one year from the date of award, with up to two additional one-year renewal periods at the District's option.
