Description
Lee's Summit R-7 School District is seeking qualification proposals from qualified persons or firms for potential placement on an approved vendor list for student travel services. The scope includes air, rail, and land transportation; accommodations; tour guides; meals; sightseeing tickets; traveler orientation; and optional travel insurance. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the district's electronic bidding system; email and fax submissions will not be accepted. The agreement is for one year from award, with up to three additional one-year renewal periods. Respondents must provide relevant experience, references, personnel and supplier information, a project narrative, and applicable acknowledgments.
