Description
The City of Lee's Summit is soliciting vendors to furnish and install asphalt materials and related services on an indefinite-quantity, as-needed basis. The scope includes asphalt base and finish courses, asphalt overlays, asphalt patching with removal and disposal, tack preparation, Petro Mat, Petro Tac, base rock, skid/track loader services, asphalt milling, and mobilization. Work will primarily involve parking lots and trails, with roadway work limited to specified private streets in Legacy Park. Contractors must provide all labor, equipment, tools, fuel, and materials; respond within 24 hours of notification; and perform work within three business days of the original notification. Prevailing-wage requirements apply to qualifying public-works work, with the specified Missouri wage order applicable. The contract is for an initial one-year term with up to four successive one-year renewal terms and a possible six-month transition extension. The City may make multiple, line-item, or grouped awards, and no minimum or maximum purchase quantity is guaranteed.
